Two Basic Methods for Photomicrography

This paper is intended as a basic explanation of two methods used to place the image formed by a compound microscope onto the sensor or film of a camera. It is primarily directed at those wishing to do photomicrography with cameras they might already own and use for general photography. It does not deal at all with dedicated microscope cameras.
